The house is in the quiet residential area of Plešivec on a hill above the town, close to the forest. None of the noise of the centre – yet the castle is a short walk away.

Walking to the centre
A pleasant walk through the castle gardens takes you into town – 10 minutes to the Bellarie summer house and the revolving theatre, 20 minutes to the main square. It's downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. If you'd rather not walk, a taxi takes about 5 minutes.
By car
Parking is free right outside the house, with no fees in the residential area. Krumlov is about 2¼ hours from Prague, an hour from Linz and 3 hours from Vienna.
By bus and train
Direct buses (RegioJet, FlixBus) run from Prague to Krumlov in about 3 hours. The bus station is 2.4 km from the house – a taxi is easiest, or message us and we'll help.
