Bookings

Bookings can be made online through the booking system on this website, by email or by phone. A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the host.

A booking may be secured by payment card, by a deposit or by payment of the full price of the stay, depending on the rate selected. The terms of each rate are set out in the booking system and in the booking confirmation.

Bookings made directly on this website are instant bookings: we hold the house for you straight away and you complete the booking by paying either a deposit equal to the first night or the full price of the stay, as you choose. Guests from the Czech Republic pay by bank transfer in CZK, guests from Slovakia and other EU countries by bank transfer in EUR (QR code, instant payment), guests from other countries by card. If the payment does not arrive within 5 hours of booking, the booking is cancelled automatically. The booking is confirmed once the payment is received. If you cancel at least 10 days before arrival, we refund the payment in full; for later cancellations or no-shows, a deposit equal to the first night is forfeited.

Prices and payment

The price for the whole house varies according to the dates and length of stay and are shown in the booking system including VAT. City tax (50 CZK per adult per night) is included in the price for direct bookings.

After your booking is confirmed we will send you an invoice payable by bank transfer (a deposit or the full price, depending on the booking terms). On site you can also pay in cash (CZK, EUR) or by card in CZK. We may ask for a refundable deposit of €50 on arrival.

Cancellation policy

A booking can be cancelled free of charge no later than 10 days before the day of arrival, unless the rate states otherwise. In the event of later cancellation or a no-show, the cancellation terms of the selected rate apply, as set out in the booking system and in the booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

The house is available on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm to midnight (self check-in, the key is in a box by the entrance; we send the code before arrival). On the day of departure, please leave the house by 11 am and return the key to the box.

House rules

Guests are required to present a valid identity document on arrival. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the buildings (€100 fine); smoking is permitted in the garden. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Dogs are welcome for a fee as per the price list; the owner is liable for any damage and for cleaning up after their dog. A lost key is charged at 500 CZK. Guests are fully liable for any damage to hotel property.

Complaints and disputes

Please raise any complaints without undue delay, by phone or by email. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
