155 m² including the attic, all of it yours. The house is furnished the way the family lived in it – cosy, practical and with a few memories of its former residents.

Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all the dishes. A big table for the whole group.
First-floor bedrooms
Two bright bedrooms with double and single beds, wardrobes and a desk.
Attic bedrooms
Two cosy attic bedrooms with wooden ceilings and roof windows, plus sofa beds for extra guests.
Two bathrooms
A bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower; towels and toiletries provided.
Games, books and films
A library, film collection, board games, Xbox and PlayStation – for rainy days and long evenings.
Where you'll sleep
9 beds across four bedrooms, plus sofa beds for 3 guests in the bedrooms and 3 in the living room – up to 15 guests in total. Baby cot free on request.

- 2:30 pm – midnight, self check-in – key in the box by the door
- Check-out
- by 11 am, please return the key to the box
- Quiet hours
- 10 pm – 7 am (it's a residential area)

- €50 on arrival, refunded on departure
